Arturo Perez Jr.
Arturo Perez Jr. is a visionary film writer and director born and raised in Mexico City.
Cutting his teeth agency-side as a creative director for global brands LG, eBay, and the SF Giants; Arturo quickly found his true calling directing. Renowned for his striking visual poetry aesthetic; he has partnered with the likes of Paul McCartney, Justin Timberlake, The Killers, and more to create groundbreaking single-shot music videos.
After being hand selected to take part in the illustrious HBO Project Greenlight, Arturo has gone on to direct campaigns for clients including Microsoft, Apple, and Ford. His project “Quarter Life Poetry” combined his love of poetry with the real world nabbing him a Sundance award in 2019.
His latest project is bringing “Mean Girls: The Musical Movie” to the big screen alongside his wife Samantha Jayne, TIna Fey and Lorne Michaels.
